Golden thread
Artist
Jolanta Anna Karolska
Medium
Painting - Acrylic, alcohol Ink, Ink Pen
Description
The painting is dominated by a rich golden-orange hue, which serves as the central theme and unifying element. This warm colour is offset by splashes of red, which add depth and contrast to the piece. The shapes and forms in the painting are interwoven and overlapped in such a way as to create a sense of fluidity and movement.
The artist has used a variety of brushstrokes and textures to create a sense of depth and dimension in the piece. The sweeping curves and intricate floral patterns that emerge from the shapes add an extra layer of visual interest and beauty. The bold and confident brushwork also serves to create a sense of energy and movement in the painting.
The painting's abstract style invites the viewer to engage with the piece on a deeper level, as they try to decipher the meaning behind the colors and shapes. The golden thread that runs through the painting could be interpreted as a symbol of unity, continuity, or the passage of time.
This painting is dedicated to my beloved sister Danuta - she is recovering from an illness at the hospital in Poland so I wanted to cheer and lift her spirits up.
The painting represents a psychedelic floral movement with lots of golden thread used in colours of crimson red, burnt orange, black, and gold.

love the description here too, apart from loving what you created. It looks like flowers growing profusely and weaving gently in the wind.
